The Maize Education Foundation is a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) organization devoted to facilitating resources, funds, and opportunities to address unmet needs within the Maize School District. The Maize Education Foundation provides support to educators as they guide students toward graduation and prepare them for their futures beyond Maize USD 266.

Founded in 2003, the Foundation calls upon community members, parents, and area businesses to support education and to invest in Maize students.

By supporting education, our supporters invest in the future of our community.

The Maize Education Foundation works in concert with the district's administration, staff members, and Board of Education to identify and address ever-changing needs in arts, technology, curriculum and more. The Foundation has awarded more than $400,000 in Classroom and Student Grants since its founding.

With the continued support of generous donors, sponsors and volunteers, the Foundation positively affects thousands of students and families through grants and programs within the Maize Community.

It is our continued belief that supporting students in defining and pursuing their individual versions of success is one of the greatest legacies we can leave for our community and one of the most important things we can do to build a better future.
